Nightingale will make it easier for you to contact our team. You will be able message us, see roster information and receive notifications about important updates.
Client & Family App
Using the Nightingale app, you and your loved ones can effortlessly connect with our team. You will see the services you have scheduled have and can easily make any changes. Additionally, you will have the convenience of filling out forms directly within the app – no more emails!
Getting our staff to you
Nightingale’s smart rostering tools will streamline our processes allowing us to get the right staff member to the right client at the right time!
Security and Privacy
Rest assured that your personal information and data will be securely protected within the Nightingale platform. As part of Curtin Heritage Living, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy for your peace of mind.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we believe that Nightingale will greatly improve your overall experience with us.
When the time comes, we will provide face to face training sessions, as well as some easy to read “How to” instructions. We will make sure you receive all the support you need to use Nightingale.
